No, this is one of the best features of Challenge Labs. They are delivered in hosted accounts so your team member doesn’t need to set up an account. There are no additional charges applicable.
How many times can a learner attempt each Challenge Lab?
You can attempt each Challenge Lab up to 3 times within the access period. Once the learner begins a Challenge Lab, they will not be able to pause, save or return to their progress.
How do these Labs compare to labs offered by competitors?

How does the learner access the Challenge Labs?
The credentials will be emailed to the learner after purchasing the Challenge Labs. Please note that these credentials are separate from Digital Cloud Training credentials. Learners gain access to the labs through the online portal.
