We ask anyone to review our refund policy prior to making any purchases. Understanding our refund policy will help you make informed decisions about your purchases and ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience with Digital Cloud Training.

Free Accounts

When you sign up for a free account with Digital Cloud Training, you will not be charged any fees. Our free account option is designed to provide you with a risk-free opportunity to explore our resources without any financial commitment.

No Refunds Policy

When you decide to purchase our products and services, please be aware that all sales are final. This means that once a purchase is made, it is not eligible for a refund.

Note: EU citizens are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as per EU consumer laws. However, this right is forfeited once you start downloading or watching our digital content. Since digital content is considered ‘consumed’ upon download or streaming, it can’t be ‘returned’.

Duplicate payment

In case of duplicate payments, please contact our support team to request a refund. Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed via the original method of payment within 10 business days after you have submitted your request.

Monthly and Annual Plans

Your monthly / yearly plan will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you cancel before your renewal date. To avoid being charged the subscription fees for the following billing cycle, you need to cancel your subscription before the scheduled renewal date to avoid the automatic renewal and any renewal fees associated with your subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your plan your monthly/yearly plan (or check the status of your subscription) please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right corner.
  2. Click ‘My Account‘ in the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Subscription in the left navigation panel to view or cancel your plan.

A: Cancellation by User: You may cancel your monthly membership subscription for our on-demand training at any time (either via your account or by contacting our support team). Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle and  you will continue to have access to all of your courses for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

B: Cancellation for Cause by Digital Cloud Training: We reserve the right to immediately cancel your subscription or temporarily or permanently restrict your access to all or any portion of the services in the event of the user’s: (i) breach of these terms; (ii) violation of any law applicable to the services or the website; (iii) engaging in any conduct that Digital Cloud Training, in its sole discretion, deems to be damaging to the services, website, or any third parties.

C: Cancellation for Convenience by Digital Cloud Training: We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to all or any portion of the subscription-based services in our sole discretion, by providing at least 30 days notice to you.

Zero tolerance for chargebacks

Digital Cloud Training has a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Customers are urged to contact us to discuss any issues. Any customer who disputes a valid credit card payment will be permanently blacklisted and barred from the use of all services.
