Refund Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and encourage anyone to review our refund policy prior to making any purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please see below for more information on our refund policy:

Our 7 Day Money Back Policy applies to the following products: 

  • Ultimate Training Packages (Combo of Video and Practice Exam Course)
  • Individual Courses (On-demand Video Courses, Deep-Dive Masterclasses & Practice Exam Courses)
  • All Access (Annual Membership) – This is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
  • All Access (Monthy Subscription) – No lock-in or minimum term. Users can cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, users can still access all training until the end of the payment period.

How to Request a Refund

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase you can request a full refund (self-service) within 7 days of your purchase. To request a refund, please log-in to your account and click on the arrow next to your name (in the upper right corner). In the drop-down menu, select “My Orders” and click “Request Refund”. You’ll be presented with 2 options:

1: My money back
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

2: Credit note for future purchase
Get instant credit for your next purchase. You can make as many purchases as you want until the credit is exhausted. Credit is valid for 12 months.

No Refunds Policy

The following products are not eligible for replacement or refund: 

Training Notes (downloadable PDF):

Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable products, sales of our ebooks (“Cheat Sheets) are final. Training Notes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Challenge Labs:

Sales of any Challenge Labs are final. Challenge Labs are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as Digital Cloud Training is charged by Learn on Demand Systems for all student registrations and must pass on those costs. ​​

Zero tolerance for chargebacks

Digital Cloud Training has a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Customers are urged to contact us by email at support@digitalcloud.training to discuss any issues. Any customer who disputes a valid credit card payment will be permanently blacklisted and barred from the use of all services.

Refunds Processing Times

Provided that your refund request is received within 7 days of purchase, your refund will be immediately processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of your refund request, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
