What features are offered to the Seat manager?
As the Seat manager, you will be able to bulk import and enroll users to your seat offer, manage the available seats and enrollments, and monitor the users’ progress.
Can I change the number of seats or the individuals assigned to them after purchase?
You have the option to add more seats anytime. However, it’s important to note that the number of seats cannot be reduced. Also, individuals assigned to seats generally cannot be changed, with the exception of special cases, such as an employee leaving the company.
Do the plans auto-renew?
To ensure uninterrupted access to training materials, subscriptions automatically renew (unless cancelled), reflecting the current number of seats.
