Frequently Asked Questions
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are processed 7 days after each sale to allow for the refund period to pass. Only confirmed, non-refunded transactions are eligible for commission.
Eligible affiliate commissions are paid in USD on the last day of each month.
You’ll receive payment via the method set up in your account once your total approved commissions reach at least $100 USD. If you haven’t hit the threshold yet, your balance will roll over to the next month.
Can I promote using paid ads?
You are allowed to run paid ads to promote your affiliate link. However, bidding on branded terms like “Digital Cloud Training” is strictly prohibited.
Can I use promotional codes / offer the bootcamps at a discount?
No. Using unauthorized codes or making up your own discounted prices is not allowed and would lead to your removal from the program.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
There is no cap on how much you can earn through the affiliate program. The more referrals you generate, the more you earn – and as you move up the tier levels, your commission percentage increases too.
Where can I promote my affiliate link?
You can share your link across a variety of platforms where you have influence or reach. Common channels include:
- Personal websites or blogs
- YouTube videos and descriptions
- Email newsletters (with proper opt-in)
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
However, promoting on coupon or deal websites is not permitted.
What activities are not allowed as an affiliate?
To maintain the integrity of the program and protect the Digital Cloud Training brand, affiliates must follow strict promotional guidelines. The following activities are prohibited:
- Spamming or using misleading or deceptive advertising tactics
- Using unauthorized discount codes or impersonating Digital Cloud Training in any form
- Bidding on branded keywords (e.g. “Digital Cloud Training”) in paid search ads
- Promoting on coupon or deal websites
Engaging in any of these actions will result in immediate removal from the program and loss of any unpaid commissions.
Can I earn commission on payment plans?
Yes. If a customer signs up for a bootcamp using a payment plan, you’ll earn commission on each of the first six payments, up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase – whichever comes first.
