This is more of a book that you would purchase if you are already well familiar with the services, the truth is that this is just a book that you would utilize to cram as much information as possible. This is a terrific book to review what you need to know for the certification exam of AWS Solutions Architect – Associate. It succinctly presents all the important points of every subject in that arena. But you need to have read other narratives to understand the fundamentals from scratch. I highly recommend this book.

I purchased this as a supplement to an online course. I find this useful when I’m not online and traveling. Easy to pull out of my laptop bag and read or before going to bed.
The material includes tons of facts and explanations of the exam objectives. Very well organized and it comes with some practice tests that simulate real-world scenarios. I find this book very helpful in getting a better understanding of all the nuances with EC2, S3, ELB, DB’s and some of the other services that I have never used.
