We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
We accept the following forms of payment: You can check out via Stripe using your credit card/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB). For some selected products we also accept payment via Paypal.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
If your order is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
A: Cancellation by User: You may cancel your monthly membership subscription at any time (either via your account or by contacting our support team). Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle and you will continue to have access to all of your courses for the remainder of your current billing cycle. To avoid being charged the subscription fees for the following billing cycle, you need to cancel your subscription prior to your next billing date.
B: Cancellation for Cause by Digital Cloud Training: We reserve the right to immediately cancel your subscription or temporarily or permanently restrict your access to all or any portion of the services in the event of the user’s: (i) breach of these terms; (ii) violation of any law applicable to the services or the website; (iii) engaging in any conduct that Digital Cloud Training, in its sole discretion, deems to be damaging to the services, website, or any third parties.
C: Cancellation for Convenience by Digital Cloud Training: We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to all or any portion of the subscription-based services in our sole discretion, by providing at least 30 days notice to you.
Content published on this website (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of Digital Cloud Training and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws.
